Renovation and Adaptation of the Farm Barns;
Franke Road Extension; and
Outdoor Amphitheatre
Subarea 7 - Woodland Conservation:
Area
Passive Recreation and Trail Network;
Interpretive Facilities;
Educational Activities;
Community Garden and Picnic Gardens;
New development limited to trail facilities;
Retain old orchard opening to maintain views; and
Allow natural succession and reforest woods edge.
