Present results from third session, discuss and evaluate various use concept

Use Concepts: The results of the third meeting was shared with participants. A compilation of use concepts solicited from and provided by the community were described and participants evaluated those use concepts in the context of the legal and regulatory framework and their perspective of the future use of the Barns and property.

The results of this input along with the other session were used to create a Draft Vision. This Draft Vision will be describe at the May 17 meeting.
