Example Scenario: The results of the second session was shared with participants. A more detailed overview of the legal and regulatory framework that governs the Barns and property was discussed and example scenarios based on that framework were described. Again, participants formed small groups with a facilitator and discussed the example scenarios and how their ideas for future use apply. The time taken in the agenda for small groups was shorter, given the more focused task, with longer time taken for larger group discussion and the chance for everyone to hear others reactions and thoughts.
At the end of the session, participants will be provided a use concept format to offer additional details on their use ideas for discussion at the next session.
