PresentationAfter the presentation, participants formed small groups and brainstormed the future uses of the Barns. Trained facilitators, one for each small group, assisted the groups in the discussion. Large maps of the site and building footprints were provided for each group. Participants were asked to consider and provide input not just on the uses, but on site and building access, building improvements, parking, economic viability, and management structure.

facilitatorsRather than asking the small groups to report out what could be similar results, the facilitators meet during a 15 minute break to compile common themes, interests, and ideas. The results were shared with the full group to make sure that the themes were adequately and accurately compiled.
